The Mi 4 has a 5-inch display with a full HD resolution (1,920x1,080 pixels). According to Xiaomi, it has a color gamut accuracy of 84 percent, 17 percent higher than the iPhone 5S. The Mi 4 runs Android 4.4.2 (KitKat) but with the company's own MIUI skin. It comes with a 13 megapixel primary camera and a 8 megapixel secondary camera, making it one of the first smartphones to follow the selfie trend.
The Xiaomi Mi 4 is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 801 quad-core processor, clocked at 2.5GHz. Other specs include Adreno 330 GPU, 3GB RAM and 16GB of onboard storage, but there's no microSD slot for expandability. The Mi 4 comes with a 3,080mAh battery, but the bad news is that it's not removable even if you manage to get the back cover off. As a high-end device, the Mi 4 phone comes with all the usual connectivity options, such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0.
